Workspace Settings
Workspace settings apply to everyone in your workspace and are accessible to workspace owners and admins. They cover branding, members and roles, billing and usage, available models, the Knowledge Hub, and product access.
Overview
The overview gives you a snapshot of your workspace. It shows your current plan with a link to the subscription portal, the total number of users, and recent usage. From here you can jump into the more detailed settings sections described below.
General
The general section holds the core identity of your workspace. You can upload your company logo, set a workspace name, and enter a short description. The description is sent to the model with every prompt for all workspace users (similar to per-user custom instructions). You can also delete the workspace from here.
Billing
The billing page shows your current plan and the other plans Odeus offers (Free, Pro, Pro+, Business, Enterprise). For details and pricing, see the pricing page. Billing is per seat, with usage metering and overage where applicable. Invoices and the Stripe customer portal are available here. See the invoices guide for help.
Usage
The usage section lets you manage how users in your workspace consume models within their plan limits. Workspace admins can:
- Set a workspace-wide spend limit to keep model costs predictable.
- Set per-user spend limits for granular control over individual users.
Model governance is also enforced through the model catalog (enable/disable models) and token spend limits configured by admins.
Members & Roles
Members
The members section lets you invite new members, assign roles, and remove members. Invites are sent by email, and seat usage is enforced against your plan.
Roles
Odeus uses role-based access control (RBAC) with four roles:
- Owner — full control of the workspace, including billing and deletion.
- Admin — manage workspace settings, members, models, and the Knowledge Hub.
- Billing — manage the plan, invoices, and the subscription portal.
- Member — standard user access for everyday work (chat, agents, workflows, Knowledge Hub).
Authentication options for joining a workspace are email magic-link / OTP, Google OAuth, and internal SSO hand-off. You can restrict sign-up to verified email domains.
SAML (Entra/Okta) and SCIM user/group sync are on the roadmap and not yet available. For questions, reach out to [email protected].
Teams
You can organize users into teams to make sharing easier. Agents, prompts, and folders can be shared with the whole workspace or with specific teams — for example, a marketing team sharing a copywriting prompt, or an engineering team sharing a coding agent. Team membership controls who can see and use those shared resources.
Product Settings
Chat
Admins can enable or disable chat capabilities for all users in the workspace, including web search. Models are multimodal where supported (image understanding / vision).
Data Retention
Data retention policies (automatic deletion of unused chats) are on the roadmap and not yet available.
Agents
Agents (built in the agent builder) can be created by members and shared with users, teams, or the whole workspace. Each agent carries its own instructions, attached knowledge, tools, and a pinned model. System agents are provided out of the box; users and orgs can create their own. Public, no-auth agent pages can be shared via a link.
Skills
Skills are reusable capabilities that agents pick up per turn. Workspace skills are shared across the workspace; system skills ship by default.
Library
The Library is the central place to manage workspace folders. From here you can search, sort, share, reassign ownership, or delete folders.
Models
The models section lets you manage which models are available to your workspace. The catalog spans Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and Mistral (DeepSeek is coming soon). You can enable or disable individual models and select a default model used for new chats and agents.
Admins can also configure the embedding model used by the Knowledge Hub (OpenAI 3-small / 3-large, Jina, Cohere, or Voyage) and the reranker (Cohere / Jina / Voyage). See the Knowledge Hub configuration options for details.
Analytics
The analytics screen helps you monitor adoption of AI in your organization. It shows subscription stats (such as active and canceled subscriptions) and LLM usage. Use it to understand how your team is using Odeus and to plan your rollout.
Customizations
You can customize Odeus to fit your branding:
Custom color
Change the accent color of buttons using a hex picker (e.g. #4469FC). Avoid very light or very dark values that lack contrast in light and dark mode.
Background image
Upload your own background image for the home screen.
Greeting text color
After setting a background image, choose the greeting text color (Default, White, or Black) for light and dark themes.
Show workspace logo in new chat
Toggle whether your workspace logo and name appear when opening a new chat.
Hide model logo in chat
Show your workspace logo instead of the model logo when generating a response.
Chat disclaimer
A short disclaimer shown below the prompt input, typically a legal note or a reminder that models can make mistakes.
Knowledge folder sharing disclaimer
A disclaimer shown when users share folders. Supports Markdown.
Prompt recommendations
Suggested prompts that appear above the input on a new chat to help users get started.
Custom links
Add custom links to the navigation. For each link you set an icon, a name, and a URL — useful for internal AI docs, a link to this documentation (docs.odeus.ai), or a support page.
