Connect Luma to Odeus to manage events, guests, and calendars from your conversations

Overview

Luma is an event management and calendar platform. Once connected, you can use Odeus to create and manage events, handle guest lists, send invites, and manage tickets directly from your conversations.

Prerequisites

• A Luma account with an active calendar

Setup

Find your API key in [Luma's API settings](https://lu.ma/settings/api).



Go to [Integrations](https://app.odeus.ai/integrations) and find **Luma** in the list.



Paste the API key and save.



Tag the integration with `@` in any agent to start managing your events and guests.

Common Use Cases

• Event Management — Create, update, and list events on your Luma calendar

• Guest Management — Add guests, update their status, send invites, and view attendee lists

• Ticketing — Create and manage ticket types and discount coupons for events

• Calendar Overview — List upcoming and past events, browse people in your calendar

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Authentication failed	Verify the API key in Luma Settings → API
Event not found	Use the list events action to find the correct event ID
